Janet shared several of her own photographs to show good and not so good photo elements. I found several tips very interesting:
- Instead of always centering everything there is something called the Rule of Thirds. When you consider placing something in a frame, the subject should be placed according to thirds and not aways in the center (although there are certain exceptions.) http://www.fotofinish.com/resources/centers/photo/takingpictures.htm
- If you have the horizon in your picture, make sure it is level and either in the top or bottom third of the picture.
